I brought Tanya Parker Clark here for her "home visit" while she was at Trosa, it was awesome... Twice rawdog, then dropped her back in Durham. No one bothered us, good rooms cheap!
The hotel is OK if you need a overnight or to stay for a while. The rate runs about 226 a week if you need a long term stay with basic amenities like TV microwave and mini fridge. It also offers basic cable and WiFi but the signal can be good or bad based upon where your located on the property. There are several families who live here and are very nice and keep to they selves.
Freshly remodeled rooms. Kind staff. Clean and updated with large rooms and very comfortable. There’s a nice lake to walk around with a nature trail and the grounds are large and sprawling. Also very close to Davison’s Steakhouse: a must try for the local or the wayfarer.
Everyone that works here are very helpful and friendly. It's quite. Other ppl staying here keep to themselves. The location is close to EVERYTHING. The place needs some updates. It fits our purpose and needs tho and that's what is important.

This motel is very clean with spacious rooms and great lighting (blackout curtains to if you prefer.) It is very quiet and I feel very safe here. They also have a playground and pool for the young ones. Internet is an issue so plan to use your hot spot or bring your own. We picked up 5g at TMobile and it's working just fine.
Love staying here. They have gotten the roaches under control a little more! Need to upgrade the rooms, although I see an effort in doing so.
